Greetings...thank you for taking the time to connect with me. I am a certified Mind, Body, & Soul Wellness Guide. I've been practicing yoga and meditation for 20 years and teaching for 6 years. I received my yoga certification in 2013 from A Jewel In the Lotus and became initiated in Meditation through the Science of Spirituality in 2017. I am currently also a student through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition EXP. MAY 2019 graduation, studying nutrition & health coaching. I currently teach yoga and meditation classes online and at a variety of wellness centers, churches, schools, and libraries on Long Island, in Queens, & Manhattan. I teach a yoga style that is for beginners and experienced students. 


Type of Yoga I Teach– A combination of Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga which focuses on: deep breathing, stretching, strength building, cardio, and relaxation. 


My mission– is to help students create the habit of wellness by guiding them on the journey of a deeper self discovery.

One-on-One private yoga sessions consisting of a combination of Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga with certified Yoga Instructor RYT - 200 (6 years teaching experience - 20 years practicing experience), meditation facilitator, and a student of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition EXP. May 2019. The focus during the session is on deep breathing, stretching, strength building, cardio, & relaxation. The session is geared to your specific goals. 

DROP IN PRIVATE YOGA SESSION

One-on-One private yoga sessions consisting of a combination of Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga with certified Yoga Instructor RYT - 200 (6 years teaching experience - 20 years practicing experience), meditation facilitator, and a student of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition EXP. 6 MONTH YOGA COMMITMENT

1 Year YOGA COMMITMENT
